Our cancellation policy is as follows:
If you decide to cancel your subscription within 10 days of purchase, you are eligible for a refund. To initiate the refund process, kindly send an email to info@webcill.com using the registered email address associated with your account. Please note that we do not process refund requests through chat or phone inquiries. However, if you contact us via chat or phone, we will guide you on how to submit a refund request via email. It is important to understand that certain conditions may affect your eligibility for a refund:
Refunds are processed only upon receipt of a refund request sent from the registered email address on file.
Multiple instances of technical support services usage may cancel the refund request.
Refund requests made from an email address other than the registered one may not be processed.
If you request a refund to a credit card different from the one used for payment during subscription purchase, your refund request may be declined.
Any refund requests submitted through means other than email will not be considered.
Please note that we do not entertain cancellations or refund requests for services provided under promotional offers, special occasions, or discount periods. Such offers are limited-time opportunities and do not qualify for refunds under any circumstances.
Please be aware that certain services, including dedicated servers, Email, Website Designing, SSL Certificates, administrative fees, custom software installation fees, and domain name purchases, are non-refundable. Additionally, Social Media services and hosting service fees are also non-refundable. We strongly advise reviewing your order thoroughly before placing it.
For each project, a comprehensive service agreement is prepared, which must be signed by the client prior to the commencement of work. Specific details regarding refunds can be found within this agreement.
In the event of a client’s prolonged absence or lack of communication with Webcill pvt ltd for 30 consecutive days during the design or development process, we are committed to completing the project as per our agreement. However, no refunds will be issued in such cases.
Please note that once any work is completed, refunds are not applicable.
